A refund is at the discretion of GS Cosmetics when:
- No proof of purchase if offered
- Customer simply changes their mind
- The customer knew of a particular fault before buying the goods
- The goods were damaged after the purchase, unless the damage is a result of the normal, recommended use of the goods.
GS Cosmetics will exchange any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged. Any claim for replacement due to fault or damage should be made to GS Cosmetics within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
GS Cosmetics will provide a refund or exchange on any item should the product cause an adverse reaction, however only the product that has caused the reaction will be refunded and only if Medical documentation is provided. We also require the sales receipt and products to be returned in order to claim a full refund. Without these, no refund will be given.

When returning any items via post, please pack your parcel with care. If you fail to pack the parcel and your goods arrive damaged (as a result of the return trip) we may not be able to process your return.
If a refund is granted, you will be refunded at the price you paid for the product at the time of your order. You will be refunded the product price or exchange the product once the product is received by us at our office or at a GS Cosmetics outlet .
Return delivery costs will not be refunded unless the products where supplied incorrectly or were delivered in a damaged or faulty state.
All refunds will be credited back onto Credit Card or via EFT. Please note refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
